Red, white and blue cheesecakes without baking recipe

This is an important dessert for the fourth of July. Fresh and beautiful berries, rich and creamy filling and Oreo cookie crust—And you don't even have to turn on the oven! I especially like that this baked cake is very festive and naturally colorful. No need to paint food! The colors make them ideal for the holidays, but the seasonal delicacy makes it an ideal dessert for any summer party.

This is a summer summer dessert with fresh berries, Oreo cookie crust and no baking required.

The composition:

  • Oreo cookies: 3 tens
  • unsalted butter: 7 tablespoons
  • cream cheese, softened to room temperature: 4 (8 ounce) packs
  • sweetened condensed milk: 1 (14 ounces) cans
  • fresh lemon juice: 3 tablespoons
  • pure vanilla extract: 2 teaspoons
  • fresh strawberries, washed, dried and cut into thin slices: 1½ pounds whole berries (about 3 cups sliced)
  • fresh blueberries, washed and dried: ½ pound (about 1½ cup)



Step 1: To finely chop the Oreos, use a food processor equipped with a blade holder. Pour the ground Oreos into a large mixing bowl and assemble in the melted butter. Attach it to a spring-shaped pan about 10 x 2 inches. Using your hands, gently press the mixture to evenly cover the inside (bottom and almost all the way to the side) to form a crust.

Step 2: Add the cream cheese in a large bowl or food processor equipped with a blade holder. If you use a bowl, use an electric mixer. Blend until smooth. Then add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla and stir again until it is super smooth.

Step 3: Add half of the cream cheese mixture to the crust and spread evenly.

Step 4: Arrange the layer or strawberries very gently, leaving room to add the blueberries.


Step 5: Fill in the blanks with blueberries.


Step 6: Add the remaining cream cheese mixture.

Step 7: Smooth it evenly again. It should reach the top of the crust.

Step 8: Arrange the remaining strawberries and blueberries on top and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.


Note: Please note that two hours of preparation time is simply a cooling time.
